The System

The original Weitner-Tool Storage panels are more than just perforated metal sheets. These panels allow you to hang most of the tools and special tools in a systematic way.

There are two panels available; complete one (1050 x 1000 x 2 mm) and half one (525 x 1000 x 2 mm). All system based on these two panels and can be extended unlimited by mounting panels each other. With the holed pattern, attachable tool panels have a symmetric and integrity structure.

Keyhole for easy use

The board surfaces have an epoxy resin coating at least 75 µ thick in various colours. If properly used, the tool panels have a 10-year warranty period.

In addition to the keyholes, the panels also include round countersunk holes for 4 mm screws. These are used for mounting the tool panels, either directly to a wall or to a furniture frame.

There are 9 mounting points on the whole panel.

Flexibility

The modular system can be perfectly adapted to changing conditions. The basic tool boards have a continous keyhole pattern, additional round counter sunk holes and marking crosses.

They are made out of thin sheet (2mm) and provided with a double-sided epoxy resin coating (0,65 µ). Integrated into connection components, the tool boards optionally can be mounted directly to walls or mobile and stationary frames.

After mounting, the boards can be took down and interchanged. Changing from wall mounting to a freestanding tool system is possible at any time.
