Rehobot 2400-2800 Bar Hydraulic Hand Pump
The REHOBOT two stage PHS hand pumps come equipped with a pressure gauge as standard. The gauge provides the user with precise control over the pressure being developed. The gauge is directly mounted onto the pump and well protected by the specially designed pump lever. The two stage function makes the pump easier to operate, permitting the cylinder or hydraulic tool to reach its working position significantly faster compared with single stage pumps.
Hand pumps in the PHS series are available with 1000 bar, 1500 bar, 2000 bar and 2800 bar working pressure and with the choice from 1000 cm³, 2400 cm³ and 4100 cm³ effective oil capacity.

Genaral Features
The pumps are robust and well suited for harsh environments and rough handling as found in workshops and other mobile and industrial environments.
Oil Outgoing Port
The hydraulic connection interface on all PH pumps is a G1/4" threaded port.
Safety features
The pump is equipped with a safety valve that limits the output pressure. The safety valve is set at the factory to the maximum working pressure. Internal safety valve prevents the user from overpressure.
Safety Advise
When accessories are selected for a hydraulic system, the working pressure rating for these shall be equal to or higher than the pump unit's maximum working pressure. For hoses we recommend a 3-4 fold safety margin between the hydraulic system's maximum operating pressure and the burst pressure of the hose. It is also important to ensure that the pump's effective oil volume exceeds the total volume of oil in the hydraulic system, preferably with a safety margin of about 20%.
